ChocoWriters are plastic tubes filled with brown, white and colored chocolate paste, and are used to make decorations. The standard tube contains 86 grams. Smaller or larger tubes can be produced on demand.

Chocolate paste can be melted multiple times so u can use the tubes until they are empty.

At the moment the assortment contains 8 colors: brown, white, pink, baby blue, yellow, red, dark green and orange.

Use

Choco Writers can be used in bakeries, restaurants, catering, and also for home use. The multiple colors are useful on luxury cakes, child cakes, petite fours, desserts, pancakes, cookies, and so on. For bakeries especially the tubes can be suitable for placing them at the outlets if the store is not directly at the bakery.

Because the decoration tubes are so clean in use they can also be sold directly, in combination with shields, to the customers so they can write something themselves to make it more personal. Also, it is nice to decorate the cookies (home)bakers have baked or to use the tubes on cookies or pancakes at a child's birthday party.

Manual

-  Place the tubes in warm water,± 55° Celsius, to melt the chocolate paste.
-  Shake before use.
-  Garnish/decorate.

You can also use a micro wave. But do it carefully for just 3-5 seconds at the time!
